Business As Usual is the collective home of 3 independent cycling businesses in Redfield, Bristol. We are a cafe, workshop, custom paint studio & retail showroom, as well as a space available for use by the wider cycling community.
About Business As Usual
Business As Usual is located 300m from the Bath/Bristol bike path (Sustrans route 4) in east Bristol; BS5. Our 2000 sqft warehouse houses 3 cycling specific businesses under one roof creating a well connected destination location for cyclists and non-cyclists alike.

Camber
Camber offers cyclists something that was missing from Bristol; a place to gather before and after rides, catch up on the latest racing and as an event space. Serving up high quality locally roasted coffee, on the counter you'll find locally made cakes for vital pre and post ride fuel.
Colourburn Studio
Specialists in custom paintwork and design services for the cycling industry.
Working with a wide range of clients, from private customers to custom frame builders and larger manufacturers.
All paintwork is produced in-house here in Bristol, also offering consultancy services for the design of both one-off and production paint schemes.
Forever Pedalling
Forever Pedalling is a workshop, a brand, a lifestyle. Channelling good vibes & bike rides through small runs of clothing and accessories.
The busy workshop specialises in road & cyclocross bikes, with space throughout the week for small repair jobs to full custom builds, with over a decade of experience and short turnaround times.
The community space
Our shared/cafe space is available to rent on an hourly basis offering a great location for classes, talks, screenings and other social events. We can arrange for the coffee machine to be running and sweet treats to be available from our suppliers during your event if you would like.
We also have a hot-desking/co-working space with flexible terms for creatives. Our mezzanine workspace has access to high speed internet and lots of natural light, along with all the benefits of sharing space with BAU’s core businesses.
Events At Business As usual
Business as usual is a bright, airy warehouse space ideal for classes, talks, photo shoots and screenings. We are in a prime, well connected area of Bristol with ample free on-street parking and bike parking space. With prior arrangement our cafe; Camber.cc, can be open to serve coffee and snacks to your guests. Our Cafe seating is flexible and we can arrange to clear the space if you would prefer. The main space can be accessed via 2 roller shutter doors and is on ground level making loading and unloading easy.

Rapha Cycling Club

We have teamed up with the Rapha Cycling Club to offer local members the same benefits that they would have if they lived closer to a Rapha clubhouse. As a satellite cafe RCC members can claim their free coffee from us and we will be aiming to start regular RCC rides from Business as usual in 2019.
Cycloc

Cycloc design and manufacture various innovative bike storage solutions here in the UK. For 2019 we will utilise them throughout the space in our customer parking section, workshop and for various displays. We are proud to be part of the Cycloc network.
Das Rad Klub

DRK have been running as a cycling club in Bristol for 2 years. It's now grown to over 50 members and has 2 regular rides, one of which starts at Business As Usual on a Saturday morning. We also host their 4 larger events throughout the the year attracting cyclists from all over the UK.

Business As Usual is just a mile from the centre of Bristol, next to the Bristol-Bath cycle path, 5 minutes away from Bristol Temple Meads as well as the M32.

By Bike - Leave the Bath/Bristol bike path at Russell Town Avenue (signed City Academy and Business As Usual). Follow Russell Town Avenue towards the traffic lights with the A420/Church Road. We are situated at the back of the last yard on the left hand side of the road before you arrive at the lights (through the blue gates to the right of Door World)
On Foot - Walk through the blue gates to the right of Door World, off Russell Town Avenue towards the back of the yard. We are through the roller shutter door on the left hand side.
By Train - We are a minutes walk from Lawrence Hill train station, and a 10 minute cycle from Bristol Temple Meads
By Bus - Buses from Bath and Bristol city centre stop just a minutes walk from us (Lawrence Hill Station stop)
By Car - Leave the M4 onto the M32 signed towards Bristol. Leave the M32 at junction 3 signed towards A4320 Bath (A4). Turn left at the roundabout signed A4320 (A420), Bath (A4). Stay on Easton way across 2 sets of traffic lights until you reach the roundabout with the A420. Leave at the first exit signed A420 and follow Lawrence hill past straight the lights at the railway station/Lidl. Turn left at the lights onto Russell Town Avenue (next to Pro Tyre), and we are the first yard on the right; through the blue gates. There is free parking on the roads around Business as Usual.
